Cancellation Policy
I am committed to your health and treatment. Once you have booked your session I encourage you to prioritize the time you have reserved for yourself.
Of course, life happens and things change, so there is a cancellation policy in place.
Up to 48 hours in advance (2 working days) you can use the free self-reschedule option by clicking the "change/cancel button" on your confirmation, or get in touch.
After that point, and once your 48 hour text reminder has arrived, a 50% cancellation fee applies to all clients for all reasons.
No shows are chargeable in full.
If you do have to cancel last minute I fully understand, but please kindly make the 50% transfer.
