Meditation is for everyone
I took this picture in Turkey a couple of years ago.
A storm was brewing somewhere way up in the sky, but at our level this powerful supercharged stillness hung over the sea for quite some time. Amazing. And quite beautiful
Spending just ten minutes a day in a state of stillness and quiet reflection can do so much for our health, our wellbeing and also any symptoms we might be experiencing.
This simple practice of breathing and turning our focus and energy inwards instead of up and out at the noisy world can help us to:
~ initiate a sense of calm, grounding & support ~ manage symptoms of stress ~ access or process emotions ~ manage pain, anxiety or anger ~ promote physical healing ~ create, nurture and deepen a sense of spiritual connection
if the ocean can calm itself so can you. we are both salt water mixed with air
